We had to put this on. Non traditional cheesecake where the inside is creamy and rich and the top is slightly brûlée giving an intense taste. We kept it simple and luxurious with vanilla beans. Guess what! It’s also gluten free.

Our version of the classic Tart Tatin. Ours is an apple caramel compote (slow cooked with juicy vanilla beans) glazed over our house made puff pastry. Chantilly cream is a must with this. Apple 🍎 season and with that comes the memories of Tarte Tatin from Maman’s kitchen. Our new tart brings out those feelings. Everything you love about it: The caramel, the apples (even the stem), the cream, the vanilla, the puff pastry all done but in fun ways.&nbsp; One of our favorite tarts yet because we were so splendidly surprised of the result.

They started with only 8 bread a day, swearing that would be the maximum. It quickly turned into a complete pastry menu, selling out every day and weeks in advance to the Bay Area clientele, staying true to French classic roots and creating pastries that are beautiful, modern, and most of all, delicious.

Our order cutoff times vary by our service zones but is usually by 1pm the day before.

You can cancel your order up until the order cutoff time before delivery or pick up. Because our team starts very early in the morning, we are not able to accommodate changes to your order on the day of delivery.

We cannot accept returns or cancellations the same day of your order but we will do our best to address any issue with your order. You can cancel or change your order up until the cutoff hour for your service region.
