Presently the platform is limited to up to 14 days of advance ordering. This is because of the use of the pre-authorization feature which presently has a 7-day limit by credit card companies.


For now, if you’d like to choose a date after 14 days in the future, please reach out through the website or our Instagram and we can set it up through there.

Delivery times are usually between 12-4pm. We cannot guarantee exact delivery times since it depends on your location on our route. Thanks again!

Our order cutoff times vary by our service zones but is usually by 1pm the day before.

Please reach out through our contact and inquire if a delivery can be made to your area. It's worth a shot! We can let you know what is the best option to receive these treats. Sometimes we have popups in San Jose, the Peninsula, or other special cities. You can cancel your order up until the order cutoff time before delivery or pick up. Because our team starts very early in the morning, we are not able to accommodate changes to your order on the day of delivery.

We cannot accept returns or cancellations the same day of your order but we will do our best to address any issue with your order. You can cancel or change your order up until the cutoff hour for your service region.
