Our version of the classic Tart Tatin. Ours is an apple caramel compote (slow cooked with juicy vanilla beans) glazed over our house made puff pastry. Chantilly cream is a must with this.
Apple 🍎 season and with that comes the memories of Tarte Tatin from Maman’s kitchen. Our new tart brings out those feelings. Everything you love about it: The caramel, the apples (even the stem), the cream, the vanilla, the puff pastry all done but in fun ways.
One of our favorite tarts yet because we were so splendidly surprised of the result.
